Associate Headteacher & Head of Sixth Form

Mr Preda is responsible for the strategic development, and operational running of all aspects of the Sixth Form. He leads the Sixth Form curriculum and ensures that the delivery of all Sixth Form courses allow students to make rapid progress. He leads the Sixth Form Leadership team, with the aim of having a Sixth Form pastoral provision which makes students feel safe, cared for, and supported. He is directly responsible for the safeguarding of all Sixth Form students.

Miss H Tasnim

Personal Development & Progress Leader

Miss Tasnim is responsible for designing and overseeing the Personal Development curriculum in the Sixth Form, including PD lessons, tutor time, assemblies, enrichment, UCAS and careers education. She manages the Sixth Form tutors and Learning Mentor, and supports them to ensure that students are well-prepared for life beyond Sixth Form. She also works with students who need further support in order to achieve their target grades.

Mrs A Motiwala 

Senior Administrator

Mrs Motiwala leads various aspects of Sixth Form life, which include; attendance, punctuality, detentions, bursary, and work experience. She is the first port of call for most queries from students and parents, and will assist with resolving any problems. Mrs Motiwala supports Mr Preda in the day-to-day running of the Sixth Form, including managing cover, admissions, timetabling, Sixth Form events, and the Charity Team.
